The GBS scale was designed to handle free flowing materials. It is
ideal for handling seed, salt, sand, prilled fertilizer and many low
content molasses feeds. When the operator pulls the gate handle, material
flows into the bags with the internal radial gate held open. Feeding
continues until the proper weight is reached, at this point the radial
inlet gate closes, cutting off flow of material.
EASY
INSTALATION
The GBS scale has a 9"x7" opening and can be mounted directly
to a flange on the bin bottom. The unit is shipped pre-calibrated
to a 5 to 1 ratio.
Once the scale is hung plumb and level, balance the scale with the
balance ball. Adjust the internal flow regulator until an even flow
of material is provided. The trigger trip screw can be raised to increase
weight or lowered to reduce the amount of weight in the bag.
MODELS AVAILABLE
The GBS scale is supplied with either a 32" spout or a 25"
circumference spout. The GBS-32 scale is used on open mouth bags with
a larger than 32" circumference. Normally, 503 bags and larger
requir this spout The GBS-25 model is used for bags larger than 25"
circumference, normally 25ft bags of feed or seed.

NET WEIGHT BAGGING SCALES.
The CM-780 net weight bagging scale has been feed mill tested to handle
up to 15 (50 Ib.) bags per minute with an accuracy of +/- two ounces.
It can be supplied in a choice of gravity fed, belt fed, or screw
fed to weigh practically any type of dry product into a bag, box,
drum, or any other container. Controls for the standard system feature
solid state timer and relay design which are the most reliable, economical,
and easy to maintain controls available. We also offer digital controls
and programmable controllers for more sophisticated needs.
