Paddy Huskers have long been recognized by users of rubber
roll type huskers for both their performance and durability.
This new paddy husker, which is without doubt the most
advanced machine on the market, has been developed after
years of testing.
Among its many new features are the close-to-perfect accuracy
in the parallel aligment between the main and movable
shafts, a heavy duty construction of the main body and
a more efficient transmission system.
The new husker is designed to give you a high husking
ratio with a durable and trouble-free mechanism in order
to save you time, money and labor.

OPERATION
· A level gauge monitors paddy being fed
into the husker inlet and activated an air cylinder
which opens the shutter and feeds the paddy
into the husking chamber.
· In the husking chamber there are two
rubber rolls which rotate in opposite directions at
different speeds. Paddy is husked while
it passes between the rolls.
· As the rubber rolls wear a pneumatic
control system maintains a constant clearance between
the rolls, which helps to ensure a uniform
husking ratio.
· To help extend rubber roll life an integral
fan blows air over the rolls cooling them.
· Husked rice is then discharged into
the aspirator which separates the brown rice, husk and
immature grains. These are then separately
discharged by the screw conveyors.

- Paddy Separator |
For
a long time rice millers had to install a big size paddy
separator which occupied large space and were very difficult
to handle.
Other
rice millers had no paddy separators at all which would
bring about rather unfavorable results on finish white
rice. All of this made the separation of paddy rice
from brown rice and extremely difficult problem throughout
the world. The HERCULES Paddy Separator eliminates all
of this inconveniences since it offers the advantage
of compact size, easy operation, low maintenance cost,
low initial cost, small driving power and high adaptability
to any kind of grain in continuous operation.
The
Hercules Paddy Separator Model PSL is the result of
the superb engineering and rice milling knowledge acquired
over decades of specialized manufacturing in rice milling
machinery. The PSL takes no preference in size and conditions
of the grain to make a proper separation and is so foolproof
to handle that no special skill is necessary for the
operation of this compactly-built separator.

The
"HERCULES" Paddy Separator Model PSL20-A and
PSL-24A are compactly build "DOUBLE UNIT"
Paddy Separator of amazing high capacity and performance
which consists of two similar blocks of separating tables
symmetrically oscillating sideways for a reliable separation
of brown rice from paddy rice. Each oscillating block
accommodates ten or twelve pieces of separating trays
all of which equipped with a reverse indented surface
slightly slanting frontward.
It
is driving by means of special Symmetric Drive cam that
moves sideways the two separating blocks at a fixed
constant speed.
Once
the paddy and the brown rice grains enter the separating
trays, they are given special sideway motion as they
roll down towards the lower front end of the trays.
At first paddy grain start floating on top of brown
rice grain as they move forward by means of the joint
effect of specific gravity and surface smoothness of
the brown rice. In the meantime by repeating knocking
at the frames of the separating trays the paddy grains
are gradually drifted to the other side.
Since
all this is based on the principle of specific gravity
and surface smoothness of the brown rice, the difference
in size, shape and weight of the grain males no difference
at all to this amazing paddy separator.
Each
line of separate grain enters individual hopper which
are provided with adjustable panel shiftable by hand.

An essential condition in the shelling of rice is to
avoid breakage of the grain in addition to greater yield
at highest possible capacity. The "CIRCOMBI"
sheller incorporates all the necessary features to obtain
this condition by using standard 10" x 10"
rolls or our own "FLEXIL" roll for longer
life, less breakage, high shelling efficiency and larger
yields.
Our unique perfect feeding mechanism results on a longer
roll life avoiding vibration and providing a high-shelling
capacity. While a turbo fan blower keeps the rolls and
the hulling chamber at room temperature increasing rolls
durability.
The hulling rolls are being adjusted automatically by
a pneumatic system which is smartly incorporated in
the machine. Both the pneumatic device and the control
panel could be incorporated to the machine afterward
if the sheller has been purchased with the standard
manual adjusting device operated by hand-wheel. Both
devices are equipped with an automatic roller separating
device that will avoid damage to the hulling rolls when
foreign objects pass through the hulling chamber.
The closed-circuit aspiration system with inter-built
suction fan separates the hulls from the brown and paddy
rice immediately after the paddy rice has passed through
the milling rolls thus avoiding contaminating the brown
rice with the dirt that is usually around the paddy
grain. The closed-circuit feature assures a proper separation
and also avoids damage to the machine since the hulls
never touch the blades of the fan supplied with the
separator. The machine could be supplied also with an
airlock valve at the hulls outlet so that the hulls
can be blown out by a fan or discharge into a central
suction system.
All the above features added to a solid sturdy construction
and the best of craftmanship for beauty and dependability
place this "CIRCOMBI" Sheller as the most
reliable machine of its kind in the rice milling industry.

The "REMO" paddy separator with variable stroke
is based on a new concept, which combines the speed
or strokes per minute of the machine with the perfect
adjustment of the length of the strokes. This unique
feature makes a big difference between the variable
stroke separator and the old conventional models since
the perfect combination of the amount of strokes and
a proper adjustment on the length of the stroke will
provide the exact separation for every type of grain
at double capacity of the conventional old type of separator.
The
new adjustment combined with REMO ingenuity to properly
feed every compartment of the separator with the same
amount of grain and supporting the table on four frictionless
wheels, thus eliminating all type of vibrations, result
in an increase of efficiency even over the other variable
stroke models.
The
machine works under the difference in density and elasticity
of the grains and separates not only paddy rice from
brown rice but also oats garlic from wheat or rye, etc.
making this machine indispensable not only for the rice
milling industry but also for the flour mills, oil mills,
seed cleaning plants, malting brewers and also to do
various type of separations in grain which has been
mixed in silos or warehouses.
